I am referring to the sellers property disclosure, the community association disclosure, if you live in an HOA, and the lead paint disclosure. These are important upfront because it’ll save you time and money. There’s less chance of buyers remorse or falling out knowing the information upfront and it keeps buyers away who may have had a problem with any of the disclosed information such as basement leaks or an older roof.
